This summer, several friendly matches from Arsenal are coming to American viewers

Arsenal currently have six friendlies scheduled this summer. All of these matches are available to watch right here in the United States. The Gunners began their pre-season preparations on Thursday with a game against Nuremberg in Germany. The match, which ended in a 1-1 draw, was shown on FOX Deportes. However, Arsenal still have five games to go in the next three weeks.

The Gunners leave north London on Sunday to play a series of friendlies here in the United States. This tour kicks off in Washington DC with a game against the MLS All-Star team. Arsenal previously played against the best players of the North American league in a similar match in 2016. The upcoming matchup is scheduled for Wednesday 19th July and will be streamed on MLS Season Pass.

Club play Man Utd, Barca in four days

ESPN+ will then cover the club’s final two friendlies in the United States. These will most likely be the matches the club is most looking forward to in the pre-season. Arsenal will meet Premier League rivals Manchester United for the first time in New Jersey on Saturday 22 July. They will then travel to owner Stan Kroenke’s home stadium in California to face Barcelona four days later. SoFi Stadium will also be one of the host arenas for the 2026 World Cup.

Arsenal will then travel back home to face Monaco in the Emirates Cup on Wednesday 2 August. Like their opening game against Nurnberg, this fixture will also be available on FOX Deportes.

Community Shield clash ends Arsenal friendly list

The Gunners wrap up their pre-season preparations with what may be their most important game of the summer. Arsenal take on reigning Premier League champions Manchester City for the Community Shield. While there is much debate over the significance of the match, it is both teams’ first chance to secure silverware for the 2023/24 season. ESPN+ will rebroadcast the game here in the United States.
