The girl Women’s Premier League (WPL) ended with Mumbai Indians (MI) became the first champion of the tournament and proved to be a huge success, as it became a huge hit worldwide. Shikha Pandy‘s brilliant fielding effort came in game No. 11 of the tournament Capitals of Delhi (DC) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), where she pulled off a blast at the short penalty by ducking left and returning RCBs Heather Knightt to the pavilion.

4) Jemimah Rodrigues (Delhi capitals)

Jemima Rodrigues took an excellent catch against Mumbai Indians (MI) delete Hayley Matthews in the 18th match of the tournament. She caught the MI batter on the third yard with a perfect dive to the right. Jemimah herself was amazed at her effort and kissed the ball to celebrate the dismissal.

DCs Radha Yadav‘s stunning catch was in the Delhi vs UP Warriorz (UPW) collision to fire Deepti Sharma in Match No. 5 of WPL 2023 at DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai. Radha’s brilliant effort came over in the 11th of the second innings, where she attacked from the start and took a nosedive from Shikha’s pitch.

Jemimah’s sensational effort came against Mumbai in the 7th match as her team met the eventual champions for the first time in the tournament. Jemimah took a phenomenal catch in the match to remove Matthews in a spectacular effort. The DC player charged in from a great distance and kept an eye on the ball until the last moment.
